We have been putting up scaffolding and sidewalk sheds in New York City since 2004. We work from our office at 8808 Foster Ave in Brooklyn and serve all five boroughs.
Our work is the temporary structure a building needs while other work happens: scaffolding to reach the facade, sidewalk sheds to protect people walking below, and barriers and fencing to secure the site.
Most of our clients are building owners, property managers, and general contractors who need the structure up, permitted, and safe, without coordinating three different companies to get there.
In New York, a sidewalk shed or scaffold is only half a physical job. The other half is filing. We handle the DOB filings our work requires, and we provide complete DOB violation removal: correcting the condition within our scope and filing the proof with the Department of Buildings.
We can’t promise how any city agency will decide, and no honest contractor can. What we can promise is that the filing is done properly and followed through.
